Pre-Order
Make a reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon by choosing the “Preorder” option rather than “Add to Cart”. An estimated delivery window is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Payment Methods
USONIA accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Visa, Master Card and American Express.
The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
USONIA also accepts Paypal and Google Pay.
Your account will be charged once the order is completed.
Tax Information
Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in a state where retail stores, company establishments or one of our partners are located.
US Shipping
USONIA.Studio offers complimatary Standard Shipping to and Returns from addresses within the US (5-7 days)
Expedited Orders (2-3 days) or next day shipping are available for an additional charge and must be placed by 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Orders placesd after 12 p.m. EST will ship on the next business day.
International Shipping
USONIA.Studio offers international shipping. Please note that the recipient is responsible for shipping costs and associated duties and taxes, and given the option to pay up from or upon delivery at checkout.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.
Returns
USONIA.Studio accepts returns of unused, unworn unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days of the item’s ship date, provided that the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
To arrange for a complimentary return of any items purchased, contact customerservice@usonia.studio
to request a Return Authorization. Be sure to include your order number, the name of item(s) and the reason why the item(s0 did not work out. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a pre-paid UPS Return Label.
Please note international orders are not eligible for complimentary returns.
